Our clients receive excellent value for the fees they pay.  The fee in a case depends upon the type of case and the facts of the case.  Descriptions of fee arrangements applicable to different types of cases are described below.

Personal Injury/Wrongful Death

We charge our clients a contingent fee in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and other tort claims.  This means we are paid for our services only when there is a recovery.  In most cases, the firm will advance the costs necessary for litigating your case.  We thoroughly investigate potential cases before accepting employment.  Because our payment is dependent upon obtaining successful results, we carefully access all claims.
